Welcome to McLane Stadium

I got to experience the first game at McLane Stadium today with my mother, Uncle Les and Aunt Lanna.  It was an amazing day. Super hot and sweaty but totally worth it.  It will take a while to get used to our new stadium, it really felt that we were at an away game or a bowl game.  But it truly was a wonderful and exciting game and I look forward to many more games.

Jackson with his pre game Sic Em!

Tailgating on the Brazos.
Uncle Les takes care of his girls...even if he has to dump ice cold water down their neck to cool them off...

Amanda and Linda Dean
We found Mom Ruth and Papa Jack's Brick.
Right in front of the stadium.
The new RGIII statue, he was even there for the unveiling ceremony.
What awesome seats.

The stadium is truly amazing at night.

We love 43rd!

This weekend we made it to Dallas and spent some time at George W. Bush's Presidential Library on SMU's campus. It was a quick tour with small children but so cool to finally see.

Just a little hand holding with "W".

Jackson is 4

His last night as a 3 year old.
His first birthday present from Cole Fried. He wore it the rest of the night and out to Chick Fil A.
He woke up a big 4 year old in the same jersey!
Breakfast of champions (or at least birthday boys).

Brothers in party hats.
He had a fun play date with Slade Seely.  Yes, that is a busted lip from their morning adventures of playing hide and go seek.
He also ate lunch at Cotton Patch like this and got many compliments.
He did let Weston share his prized helmet for about 20 seconds.

A walk down memory lane.

Weekend with the Cousins

We spent the weekend with Jackson and Weston's cousins in Kilgore. A full day of swimming wore these kiddos out!
Madilyn-4, Jackson and Noah- 3
Weston- 13 months. Eli- 2 months.
Weston matched Pop's pitch and they  just yelled at each other all day.
Weston loved his first Popsicle. No surprise here.
Eli's first swim he found to be very relaxing and tasty.
Dinner at T.Blanco's and Jackson fell asleep before our food came and continued to sleep the rest of the night till 8AM Sunday morning.
We also got to visit Mom Ruth and the boys had a blast.
Mom gave Jackson his 4th birthday present. Money. He's ecstatic!
