Christmas morning

Santa knew Jackson would love the Angry Birds wrapping paper.

We had to wake Jackson up to open presents!

Christmas Eve

We started our day off with Sugar Cookie baking and eating.

The boys got to match in one of many future matching pictures before church.

Then we decorated cookies to leave out for Santa.  We also put reindeer food on the porch that we made for a late night snack.

Christmas at Ya-Ya's

Christmas with the Oates did not go as planned this year.  The week we were supposed to get together in Waco at Ya-Ya's Jackson came down with Walking Pneumonia. He got better by Friday so we headed out. Before we got there Campbell was taken to the Dr and he had the flu.  Poor guy was quarantined all weekend while the rest of us hung out.  He finally joined us on Sunday, so we had 2 back to back Christmas's at Lanna's and then Ya-Ya's.  Poor baby Weston's bronchitis cough came back with a vengeance and he was miserable on Sunday. So instead of staying an extra day on Monday with the family, we all came home so W could have a DR visit on Monday before the holidays. He is back on breathing treatments and is doing better. We really did have fun playing games all weekend, but we hope to all get together again soon with no illnesses. Jackson missed his buddy Campbell so much!

We had a lot of fun at his schools Christmas party this year. 

Wednesdays with Weston: Week 22

Weston is 5 months old

Sleeping- sleeps 10-12 hrs all night and 3 naps daily 

Eating- started solids: avacado, apples, sweet potato, green beans

Activity-  very ticklish, grabbing faces and he loves to hold hands, he has his pacifier and Loviee full time 

Health/wellness- 1st fever and runny nose, 1st trip to the ER for bronchitis- he was on breathing treatments

Mobility- rolling onto his tummy all the time, gets mad when he can't roll back over

Language- blowing raspberries

Events/outings- Thanksgiving road trip

Weight- 17 pounds
